Winning New Hampshire

Despite a history of electing Democrats at the national level, New HampshireRepublicans won a trifecta (control of the governorship and both state legislative chambers) in 2020, which allowed them to force through GOP legislation that included gutting funding for public schools and limiting election protections. In 2024, New Hampshire Democrats have the opportunity to regain the majority by turning out voters in critical state house and state senate races. The Granite State will also be critical in determining the outcome of the Presidential election and whether Democrats can win back their majority in the U.S. House.
