Make an Immediate Impact
As we get closer to Election Day on November 8, it’s important that we channel grassroots volunteering and donations to the candidates in the closest races, where that support is needed most.
Donate to competitive Democrats
We’ve designed the Immediate Impact Fund to split your contribution between the 10 Democrats in the most competitive races up and down the ballot who are most in need of funding. We’ll update this fund’s recipients regularly to ensure every dollar goes where it is most urgently needed, based on the most up-to-date electoral information. Donate now, while your donation can still get to candidates in time to help Democrats win the midterms.
If you've saved your payment info with ActBlue Express, your donation will go through immediately:
Your donation will be split between 10 Democratic races
We've selected our targets based on an assessment of how competitive each race is and how far your donation will go towards winning. Each decision is made by consulting historical election results, current polling data, model scores, fundraising reports, coordination with in-state partners, and our projected path to the majority.

Volunteer to write letters to voters in PA-08
Write letters to Democratic-leaning voters in PA-08 encouraging them to vote in the midterms. We’ll regularly update this letter writing opportunity with a Vote Forward campaign that has at least 80% of target voters adopted—where your adoption of five or more voters can quickly help us cross the finish line!
Join a weekly Immediate Impact phone bank
Join Swing Left volunteers from across the country to make calls into strategic, high-priority districts leading with weekly phone banks from Oct 2 until Election Day! New to calling voters? Don’t worry! We’ll provide training during each phone bank.
