Swing Left is a national grassroots network of over 300,000 volunteers supporting Democratic candidates in Swing Districts, with the goal of flipping the House in 2018.
We've just added 12 new districts to our target map, which means we're now focusing our efforts in 65 total Swing Districts.

Why is Swing Left adding 12 new Swing Districts?
Trump and the Republican-led Congress are doing their best right now to pretend he’s gotten a lot done in the first 100 days of his presidency.
Look instead at what the fired-up resistance movement has achieved in the same time. In Swing Left's first 100 days, over 300,000 people have signed up; volunteers have hosted 700 house parties attended by over 12,000 people; and nearly $200,000 in grassroots donations have been pooled for Democrats via District Funds.
We're officially expanding our map of Swing Districts—adding 12 more competitive districts we believe are swingable per Democratic gains in recent elections: CA-21, CA-39, CA-45, CA-48, IL-06, MT-AL, NY-24, NY-11, PA-07, TX-32, VA-02, and WA-08.
We're expanding the map for a few reasons—including the promising results of the Georgia and Kansas special elections held in 2017, where Democrats saw 20-point swings since last November.
The decision to select these 12 specific districts was based on months of careful research and volunteer feedback. Our map now includes every district where Hillary Clinton beat Donald Trump, as well as additional districts that are worthwhile targets because of proximity to large groups of Swing Left volunteers.
If we hold the 17 vulnerable Democratic-held districts, we only need to flip 24 House seats—exactly half of the 48 Republican-held districts on our list—to take back the house in 2018. This is a winnable fight.
Thanks for all you've done these last 100 days. There's a lot of work still to do, and we couldn't be prouder to be fighting alongside you.
